Go to grm.screaming-seo.com/submit on your mobile or computer. You can switch the language to Urdu (اردو) at the top right if needed. No account or login is required — anyone can submit a complaint.

Fill Your Personal Details
Enter your Full Name, CNIC number (in format XXXXX-XXXXXXX-X), and your Pakistani mobile number. Providing your email address is optional but recommended — you will receive your tracking code and status updates by email.

CNIC format example: 15601-1234567-3 — enter all 13 digits with dashes. The system will auto-format as you type.

Select Your Location
Choose your District from the dropdown list. Optionally enter your Tehsil and Village / UC name to help the department locate the issue more precisely.

Describe Your Complaint
Select the Department responsible for your issue (e.g. Water, Roads, Health). Then choose a Priority level and write a clear Subject and Description. Be as specific as possible — mention how long the issue has existed and how many people are affected.

Attach evidence: You can upload photos, short videos, or documents as proof of the problem. This helps the department resolve your complaint faster.

Submit & Save Your Tracking Code
Tick the declaration box and click "Submit Complaint". After submission, a unique Tracking Code will appear on screen (e.g. KP-WAT-20250407-A3F9C2). Save this code — write it down or screenshot it.

What types of complaints can be submitted?▼
You can submit any complaint related to KP-RIISP project services including infrastructure, water supply, roads, health, education, power, agriculture, environment, and staff misconduct. You may also submit sensitive complaints involving sexual exploitation, abuse, or harassment (SEA/SH) — these are handled with strict confidentiality.
Can I submit a complaint anonymously?▼
Yes. Personal details such as your name and CNIC are optional. You may leave them blank to submit anonymously. While all complaints are reviewed regardless, providing contact information helps us follow up more effectively.
Is my complaint kept confidential?▼
Yes. All complaints are treated confidentially. Sensitive complaints — including those involving SEA/SH — are handled with additional care and are only accessible to authorised staff. Your personal details are never shared publicly.
Do I need to attach evidence?▼
No. Uploading photos, videos, or documents is completely optional. You do not need evidence to file a complaint — your account of the issue is sufficient.
What happens after I submit? How long will it take?▼
After submission, your complaint is automatically routed to the relevant department. You will receive a unique tracking code to monitor progress. The department is required to respond within 3 working days. Resolution time depends on the nature and complexity of the issue.
Can I submit a complaint on behalf of someone else?▼
Yes. You may submit a complaint on behalf of another person or a community. Please describe the situation clearly and, if possible, indicate that you are submitting on behalf of others.
I don't have an email — can I still submit?▼
Yes! Email is optional. Just make sure you save the tracking code shown on screen after submission.
Can I submit in Urdu?▼
Yes — click the اردو button at the top of the form to switch to full Urdu mode.
What if I lose my tracking code?▼
Go to your nearest District Office with your CNIC. Staff can look up your complaint.
Can I submit multiple complaints?▼
